We are a local boutique Property Management run by people who live in this area. We want you to feel like you are in a 5 star resort. You will always have a way to get ahold of us and we will do our best to fulfil any needs that we can.
Rental companies and stores are near by for bikes, boogie and paddle boards, chairs, and any other beach needs.

The community is a mix of friendly locals, 2nd home owners, and other visitors. It's quiet but, has many people that love to be outside mingling. It sits just across the street from the most amazing beaches and many accesses!
It's also minutes away from Pier Park to the East and 30A Emerald Coast towns and shops. Land in Panama City Airport, rent a car, and come join the fun in the sun at Sun of a Beach House!

Sun of a Beach offers a golf cart however, please use it to only go back and forth to the beach assesses nearby. It can get crowded on the streets and for the safety of our guests and ease of other drivers, we ask that you limit the amount of street time.
