What you have here is a spacious and gorgeous beach bungalow. Stay, play, and beach! Cool off in the pool and take the golf cart to Seaside for dinner and shops. But, no matter what else happens just remember to shutupandbeach!
Large open living space! You could probably play a game of cornhole there as well. Let me know how that goes!
Cool off after a day at the beach in the pool. And no Cole, it's not heated! Why? It's not shutupandpool!
Smart TV and board games. Boring but, necessary. leave suggestions for better games or just bring your own. If you leave them they're mine!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place.
What’s Up Beach offers a golf cart however, please use it to only go back and forth to the beach assesses nearby. It can get crowded on the streets and for the safety of our guests and ease of other drivers, we ask that you limit the amount of street time. Have fun after a day at the beach relaxing in the pool or with a few games of cornhole! But, no matter what when just remember you’re there to just shut up and beach 🏖

Not the best place to stay
I want to start by saying that the owner was very friendly and I think tried to be accommodating. However, there were just too many hiccups to consider staying at this property ever again. 1. We had issues upon checking in getting a code to open the door. 2. The property is located next to a swampy-like area. A local city worker came by one day to spray for bugs next to the area and advised us to not let our kids play anywhere near it due to snakes. 3. The golf cart listed with the property has plates that were expired over a year. We were pulled over twice for this issue and given a ticket. 4. Our first night there, we went to use the grill listed in the accommodations and the propane tank was empty. My husband had to go pay to refill it. 5. You are only provided 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel roll…you are responsible for providing everything else. 6. One of the bath mats has blood on the corner…had to wash it upon arrival. 7. The payment system/portal they use for management is not congruent with VRBO. I received an email the week before our arrival saying we still owed a balance but I have a receipt indicating we paid in full. The amounts from VRBO and their portal reflected different amounts as well. Overall, I would not stay here ever again. Way too much confusion/hassle and not the best location for kiddos being next to the swamp. We have stayed in much more family friendly places in Seagrove.

Two amazing beach accesses await you just a few hundred feet down this beautiful quiet street. And 1/2 mile away is Seaside where you have amazing restaurants and food trailers reading to serve you delicious food options! Not to mention the shops and market place.
A few mile west is Grayton Beach where you can park and shuttle for free to the beaches, restaurants, and live entertainment!!
