Short-Term Rental House Rules
1. Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-7:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday; and 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM, Friday and Saturday.
2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties.
3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers.
4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground contact us immediately
5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft.
