Relax on the spacious sunlit deck of this beautifully private end unit shaded villa with great views of Fazio 18th fairway and tee off. Enjoy all the comforts of home, only minutes from the beach! This villa has a real affinity with natural light.
Beautiful decor and atmosphere make this immaculate 2,000 square feet townhouse home a pleasure to stay in. The villa was first renovated in 2015 (new bathrooms) and all kitchen, living room, den in 2019
In the entrance you will find a console and exquisite new Italian tiled floors
Spacious living room in tones of turquoise, beige with a spacious comfortable sectional sofa, armchairs, a love seat to cuddle in, and a brand new 4K Smart Roku TV, with Hargray fiber high quality channels,cushions and flowers. A game table can also be used for breakfast and lunch. We also have a selection of books and DVDs.
A large dining room which seats 6 with great views of the deck, trees, landscape and golf.
The kitchen is brand new, open space, with handcrafted cabinets, in tones of turquoise and beige, new floors, new appliances, and stylish lighting
Adjacent to the kitchen, with full view of landscape and golf, you can use the private den with a Queen size sleeper sofa for addtional bedding. An additional new window opens on to the lagoon You will also find a Lowcountry charming old-fashioned, hand painted desk and the room is decorated with Lowcountry and Hilton Head Island art . In all the villa, you will find paintings from local artists.

Upstairs three bedrooms, in tones of beige, and blue.
The spacious master bedroom has a Carolina King bed, flatscreen TV/DVD combo and a private, completely renovated bath area , with blue and beige decor and a beautiful huge frame of the beach by local artist, overlooking the bed.
The second bedroom, in beige and bronze/gold tones, shows a new Art deco custom- made cream and dark bronze designer Queen bed with embroidered matching Victorian-like full bedding, a flatscreen TV/DVD combo and Chinese prints on the walls for a luxury atmosphere, and opens on a private balcony with a skylight view of the deck and golf for bird watching.
It shares a full bath with adjacent third bedroom decorated in light blue, with twin beds, designer quilts, and two Carolina paintings of beach and marshes by local artists+ TV

The villa has all the amenities, a brand new laundry room and of course free High Speed Internet connection, beach chairs for guests.

I care a lot for the villa, and it is maintained personally - I am here 4 times a year- and professionally by my wonderful property manager. Things can always happen, especially during the summer, which has a high turn over, in this case PLEASE call front desk at Palmetto Dunes (all information is in the villa) and they will send someone within in a few hours and the problem will be solved! So simple.. Thank you! We have beautiful nature and a few visitors, racoons, bugs, so the villas cannot remain clean if you do not help, and do not get close to the Fazio lagoon as it hosts an alligator that we call Joe

Another Wonderful Stay

This was the 3rd time that we have stayed in Fazio 46 and it has always been a wonderful visit. The unit is well appointed with an abundance of plates cutlery, and glasses. We really liked the location and the back deck is very private and peaceful. We would not hesitate to recommend the unit to anyone. We have really enjoyed our time in this very special place.

Wonderful

The villa was exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and nicely updated, especially the kitchen. We cooked many meals there with ease. It rained most of the time we were there so it was nice that we had plenty of room to hang out, in and outside due to covered deck. Owner was quick at responding to questions. Would definitey return to this property!

Fazio Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. My wife and I, 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren had plenty of room in this 3 BR 2 bath unit. The jack & jill bath was a little trying with getting ready and bathing the kids but manageable. Unit was nicely decorated, very comfortable with nice touches. We had a 2 year old so had to be careful the some of the decoration pieces. Pool across street made it convenient to enjoy after a day at beach. The Palmetto beach buggy was a blessing and we really took advantage picking our group up at unit and taking us back and forth to pool. We used it too several times to go to Shelter cove and back especially on fire works night. We would definitely recommend this unit for a stay in Hilton Head.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely villa. It is beautifully appointed with all the kitchen supplies that you ask for. We loved the quiet and relaxed setting and location. Valerie, the owner, responded very quickly with the answers to any questions that we had. Valerie has obviously put a great deal of thought into what comforts she would like her guests to enjoy. I read other reviews and wholeheartedly agree with what others have stated, except for one guest who complained about having to use a rod to secure the sliding door to the deck. It was absolutely NOT a problem. I would highly recommended this unit to anyone wishing to stay there and we are looking forward to our 3rd visit to Fazio 46

Wonderful villa in a perfect golf course location

We needed a villa with room to accommodate our son, daughter-in-law and their 3 children. Valerie's villa was perfect in every sense. It really felt like home away from home. Besides the many renovations and quality appliances, the villa boasts excellent internet service.

Great winter getaway

We had a wonderful winter stay in this property. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient to many amenities. The extra room next to the kitchen was the perfect office space. Simply Perfect

We just ended our prolonged stay at this lovely property that my husband booked for our family. Palmetto Dunes is a fabulous location on Hilton Head Island and this home was perfect for our stay. It is appointed well, beautifully decorated and just has a very welcoming, warm feeling to it and I felt very much 'at home' for the 5 weeks that we stayed. The owner provided some beach towels and chairs, plenty of books to choose from to read. The kitchen has pretty much everything you'd need and the house backs to a golf course, so the views are pretty. Aside from the 3 bedrooms, there are two sofa beds on the main floor. Our time at this house FLEW by. I can't even begin to describe the feeling of comfort I had at this home. It never felt 'strange'. We met some of the very friendly neighbors that live in this little court and loved the place so much and felt so comfortable, that after only 3 or 4 days there, we reserved the house again for next summer. The owner, Valerie is very responsive and great to work with. There is a nice pool only steps away from the unit. The walk to the beach is a mere 10 minutes, or you can drive to this beach access point and park in the Disney Resort parking lot. There are showers outside to rinse the sand from your feet as well as restrooms to use. If you're looking to stay on Hilton Head, I highly recommend staying here.

Pretty Golf Villa

The location of this villa is very nice and the property owner was responsive and easy to work with. From the villa you can walk to the beach, a small general store, restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, and the bike and kayak rental place. Golfing opportunities are abundant. The view from the villa's living room and the deck is of the George Fazio golf course and is lovely. The entire downstairs space has been renovated but the upstairs has not. We brought our own bikes and rode all over the island during our stay along the paved biking paths. The owner provides beach chairs and some beach equipment but since we were driving, we also brought our own beach cart and cabana and walked the 15 minutes to the beautiful beach almost every day. Parking is available if you want to drive. We recommend this nice property and plan to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent vacation property

Everything about this property is excellent, from the owner’s (Valerie) responses, location, cleanliness, amenities etc. unit is large, well laid out and Valerie looks after this property very well. The kitchen is lovely, well stocked and has everything you need and more. Property is well maintained. Although there were only 2 of us, so we only used the master, bedding was lovely, mattress and pillows were comfortable. Short walk or ride to General store, pickleball, beach access through the Disney Resort. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable & great location

Valerie was easy to work with and the check in process was a breeze. Comfortable. We always look for a place with comfortable seating and layout with adequate lighting for reading. There’s always going to be down days. There was also an extra table for games and puzzles on those rainy days. It was clean and cared for. We had a couple of minor issues and the management company was there within a couple of hours to care for it. Location was great for us. Short bike ride to the beach..gotta ride on the beach. Short bike ride to shops, grocery and restaurants. Walk or ride to 25 pickleball courts. Or just go for a walk and gawk at the beautiful houses and scenery. It was quiet. There was a nice patio. Highly recommend.

Great family condo

Our family of six loved our five week stay here. There was plenty of room from everyone. My daughter especially liked the small den off the kitchen. It allowed her to escape her brothers, but still be close to everyone. The new kitchen had everything we needed and opened nicely into the rest of the living area. The beach was a short bike ride away. We were in walking distance of bike and canoe rentals, restaurants and the general store. We also spent a lot of time at the pool right outside the door. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Great place to stay!

Had a great vacation. This property is in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. The villa has been renovated and the kitchen is beautiful. The appliances are all new and high end models. Everything was clean and lots of extras provided. The beach access is close by and it is a short walk to the tennis and pickleball courts. We took advantage of the 2 hour court time as much as possible. The rear deck is a short distance the 18th fairway of the Fazio course, so it is a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy coffee or cocktails. The pool is close by, and renting bikes is the best way to get around. Riding on the beach is wonderful. Sadly , our vacation was cut short due to the Coronavirus. Palmetto Dunes was doing everything they could to stay open, but Canada called us home. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity! Valerie is lovely to deal with and always responds quickly to any questions. Thank you for letting us stay in your Villa! Hopefully we will be able to return in the near future!

Hire a new cleaning crew and bug person.

The villa itself was a nice villa but it said it had been totally renovated. The kitchen/laundry and bathrooms were but nothing else. Furniture was nice. Carpets need replaced. Sliding glass doors need replaced, neither one of them locked. The one downstairs you used a piece of wood. The cleaning people need fired. There were dead roaches and bugs behind the sofa, under beds, behind tv and under tv stand in living room. The coffee table in the living room had cup marks and sand all over it and when we moved it to pull out the sofa there were fingernails under it. A bug person needs hired and if you have one, then they need fired. We killed roaches in the upstairs bedrooms and silver fish in the master bathroom. Whomever does the maintenance for the building needs to be fired also. There are vines growing up the side of the villa when going up the front porch and watch out for the poison ivy out front. On the back deck the vines have attacked the hedges and trees and a dead plant sits on the deck. The place where you put your garbage is disgusting. Has it ever been cleaned up out there? Watch when getting in the shower in the master bathroom, tub is slippery. In a book(it is a journal with the Eiffel Tower on it) located on a bookshelf that separates the living room from the dining room the owner has written some tips which was nice but she also wrote that the bedspreads were washed twice a year??? So I am glad I read this on the first day because I washed all the bedding after reading that. All in all this is a very nice villa and if maintained properly it would be awesome. The location on the island is great and the pool is steps from the front door. The beach is close also. Would I stay here again, probably not. Please don't see this review as being disrespectful, just honest. I'm sure the owner will take my review as positive and correct these issues.

A comfortable stay in Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. As noted online, it is located just a long walk (10 - 15 minutes) or short bike ride (5 minutes) to the beach, and we loved that it was just steps to the pool. The furnishings were updated and comfortable and there was enough space for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant. We appreciated that there was a crib for the infant, (although there was no high chair). The washer and dryer were new and nice, and there was soap to use for washing clothes. Another plus was that we were allowed to stay from Monday to Tuesday of the following week, which we weren't allowed to do in many rentals in the area. The only reasons we didn't give this 5 stars was because we felt the kitchen was somewhat lacking in equipment. There was only one dishcloth, which was stained and had holes in it. We had to buy some to use during our stay. There were only 2 dishwasher pods for our stay of 8 days, so had to buy those also. The listing said that the unit had a Keurig, but the one there had missing parts and did not work. The half bath downstairs didn't have a towel or soap, so had to bring some down from our bathrooms upstairs. The listing also said that beach towels and chairs were provided. There was only one beach chair (a bit cumbersome to carry to the beach) and no beach towels. Our expectations may be a bit high because we own a vacation rental home in our state and may have expected too much, but just would have liked to have what we provide in our own rental. Overall, we were very satisfied and would stay in this villa again if visiting Hilton Head.

We are French and live in Paris, but we have been in love with this beautiful island for 20 years now, and this is home for us. We had been looking for a beach villa for years and finally found one to make it our home and yours, when you visit.
I am a College Professor, writer and photographer, as well as ethologist and animal communicator and behaviorist, my husband was a keen golfer, and we have a 23 year old daughter who is a delightful mixture of Parisian and Island girl and after being a Yalie for 4 years, is currently a Med student at Emory. Our 3 cats live in Paris, but you will find their pastel portraits also in Fazio, they are very dear to us! We love Palmetto Dunes for its privacy, lagoons and beaches, and the Fazio villas are spacious and lovely, with all the comfort of a town house at the beach and gorgeous nature
