The Village at Sugarplum unit #15 is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome located on the Peruvian side of Snowbird Ski Resort. It offers 1,100 square feet of living space, ski-in/out access to Snowbird via intermediate trails and complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird.
AMENITIES Indoor hot tub Indoor parking for one (1) vehicle(please note garage is long and skinny, a full size truck or large SUV will not fit in the garage) and guest parking depending on availability. Some parking is available at the bottom on Blackjack Road Washer and Dryer in unit Fully outfitted kitchen Gas fireplace No AC, however the summer is cool at night.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO SNOWBIRD The ski-in/out access trail begins at the end of the road on the Condo Bypass Trail on the Snowbird Trail Map. This trail connects to the Whodunnit run. Coming back take the Peruvian Express or the Tram, following the blue trail markers and signs for the Fun Run or Chips, continue down to Whodunnit and you are back where you started. Ski In Ski Out Trail Access is contingent on sufficient snow levels and the Peruvian or Tram lift running.
SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD The shuttle stop is located up the drive on the Bypass Road. The complimentary shuttle runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April on a continuous loop to both Alta and Snowbird throughout the day.

INTERLODGE CONDITIONS Due to heavy snow and avalanche danger the entire canyon, including this property, may be subject to interlodge conditions. During interlodge there is no travel permitted outside of the unit including travel in or out of the canyon.

We were 7 women on a friend’s ski trip and had a great time. Location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We ordered food from Meghan Chopus and it was delicious. Thank you, Janet, for a wonderful stay!
Not much I can add to what other reviewers have said. This unit is in a great location where you can easily ski in and out of Snowbird, or take a quick shuttle to Alta. It is well-equipped and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. The garage isn’t as challenging as described; we had no issue parking a full sized SUV.
The condo was great for a ski trip of 5 adults. Rooms are big, bathrooms are big, and living room is comfortable. Space for booting up is good, access to mountain is good.Garage is really convenient and kitchen was functional and easy to work in.

We had a great 3-day ski trip. Fun location. Very cool to ski in and out right from the condo. There was a lot of snow and the local maintenance crew was great at making sure the walkways and parking lot were clear. Had dinner at the lodge down below. Had some issues with wifi and the hot tub but we really enjoyed the stay regardless. Would definitely stay again!
Stayed here for the Speedgoat races- perfect location. Less than a mile to the start line, less than 3 min drive to the nearest parking. Was great for a bigger group
Excellent location to Snowbird and can ski-in ski-out. The free shuttle to Snowbird Center and Alta was a terrific perk. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again for future ski seasons.
Sugarplum #15 was the perfect size for our group of 8. The location is perfect for avoiding the traffic everyday up LCC. Being able to essentially ski in/ski out was amazing. Janet was extremely helpful and responsible during the check in / check out process. Our group had an absolute blast and would love to visit and stay at Sugarplum #15 again!
One thing to note is parking. The garage to sugarplum #15 is plenty long for any vehicle but is quite narrow. A full size truck or SUV would have difficulty getting in because the garage is located on a turn and it’s almost impossible to get a straight angle in. There are a few spaces for guest parking and we never had issues getting a spot for our 2 trucks, just something to be aware of!
The condo worked well for our group. Plenty of space for 5 is us. Common area worked well and we were able to have private space in our rooms when needed. Private baths, large rooms.
Ski in/walk out was prefect. Short walk to trail head, ski back to condo.
Maintenance was great, they do a good job clearing snow around condo.
Janet and team were great to work with. Very responsive and helpful.

The property is ideally situated for ski in and out access to Snowbird. Was very easy to ski in and out with only a block walk. We were a party of 4 and plenty of space for each of us and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a ski day.
