Our living room has a smart tv, coffee table and side tables. We provide some board games and a blanket to keep you comfy.

BEDROOM 1
Our first bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, smart tv, dresser, chair, lamps with charging ports and nightstands. There is a closet with hangers. This bed is slightly higher due to the thickness of the mattress.

BEDROOM 2
Our second bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, smart tv, dresser, night stands with lamps with charging ports.

BATHROOM
Our bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink, hair dryer, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner.

KITCHEN

Our kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, electric range with double oven, coffee station, toaster, blender, mini waffle maker, mini food processor, utensils, plates, cups and glasses.

YARD

Our yard is fully fenced. We have a deck equipped with a table with 4 chairs for your enjoyment. Perfect place for breakfast and for your dogs to run.

RULES
-Absolutely no parties or gatherings, only the number of guests in your reservation are allowed at any time.
-Local reservations are not allowed as this is a party risk. Exceptions can be made prior to booking, please reach out to us before you book our property to get a written approval.
-No smoking of any kind inside our home.
-No hair dyeing.
-Quiet hours 9:00 pm to 9:00 AM we love our neighbors and respect them.
-2 Dogs maximum are allowed free of charge. We know our guests appreciate a no fee home for dogs, all we ask is that you keep dogs off beds and clean after them.
