Welcome to "Coastal Haven" by Holiday Beach Rentals, this gorgeous vacation rental boasts 9 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, accommodating up to 21 guests. Nestled on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, it sits just across the street from the beach, offering easy access to the beautiful shoreline.
Step into luxury as you enter the first floor, where entertainment and relaxation blend seamlessly. Enjoy movie nights in the custom-built theater room or gather in the main living, kitchen, and dining area. From here, access the furnished pool deck, featuring an outdoor dining area, private heated pool with a resort-style spa, a putting green, cornhole game, outdoor lounge area with electric fireplace and wet bar + an outdoor full bathroom with walk-in shower. You'll also find a convenient half bath, the first washer and dryer set and another full bathroom attached to the theater room on this floor.
The second floor features five bedrooms, four of which feature king beds each with their own private en-suite and walk-in showers. The fifth bedroom on this level, is a queen/queen bunk room featuring a private en-suite with shower/tub combo. A second washer and dryer set is located on this floor along with a spacious recreational area with small kitchenette.
On the third and final floor, you'll find the last four bedrooms. Three of these stunning bedrooms feature king beds, each equipped with a private en-suite and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom features a twin/queen bunk bed with a private en-suite. Another washer/dryer set is conveniently located on this floor as well.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is an additional fee and is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay. The Beach! This home is located across the street from the beach. There is a public beach access, Beach Access 86, located directly across from the home.

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
