Worst Rental Experience I've Ever Had
I'm leaving this review to warn potential customers about the nightmare I experienced during my recent stay at one of your properties. To put it bluntly, it was the most disappointing rental experience I've ever had, and I feel compelled to share the details so others can avoid the same ordeal.
Where do I even begin? From the moment we arrived, it was one problem after another. Broken sinks, wrong key codes, and a layout that didn't match the listing – imagine having to go outside in the dead of night just to access different parts of the house. Privacy? Forget about it. Convenience? Non-existent.
And let's talk about the mold – yes, mold growing on the bed frame. The stench was unbearable, and despite our best efforts, there was no escaping it. Moldy beds, dusty floors, and broken furniture. Oh, and let's not forget the dead frog waiting to welcome us at the doorstep.
But the icing on the cake? A measly 5% discount offered as compensation. Are you kidding me? After enduring such a nightmare, I'm not asking for a discount – I'm demanding a full refund. This wasn't just a bad rental; it was a complete disaster that ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion.
To anyone considering booking with this company, I urge you to think twice. Save yourself the headache, the frustration, and the disappointment. There are plenty of other options out there – ones that actually care about their customers.
