This sun-filled townhouse-style end-unit condo is located a short walk from Snowmass Base Village, the Village Express Lift, the Kids’ Adventure Treehouse, and the Snowmass Ski School. Additionally, you'll have access to an outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs.

After a day spent shredding the slopes, your hunger is sure to arise! Fire up the private gas grill and host a delicious cookout for your loved ones before getting comfortable for the evening. Beautifully decorated, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and plush furnishings. Warm up in front of the living room's gas fireplace as you stream your favorite show. Prepare a delicious cup of cocoa or coffee in the full kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, two coffee machines, and other nifty gadgets. A private, full-size washer/dryer set is also available in this space.

The bedrooms offer their own private TVs, high-quality linens, and other great perks like remote work standing desks and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom even has its own gas fireplace. Internet access, a collection of board games, a Pack-N-Play, a high chair, and key-lockable ski & pole lockers round out the stellar amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This condo is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
