Very quiet, circa 1928, elegant building with doorman, owned and decorated by an art collector. Walking distance from: the University of Chicago, Museum of Science and Industry, 2 golf courses, 2 beaches, Jackson Harbor for sailing and the Obama Center to name a few. By car 15 minutes to McCormick Place, White Sox Park, the museum campus and downtown. Two bus stops at my building for local and express into Hyde Park and downtown Chicago. Ample free street parking or pay for additional neighboring space.
