This villa is very close to Disneyland. It's super convenient if your plan is visit the park or go to convention center.

When you first enter the house you will find yourself in the living room with a huge couch for people to gather, a dining table for 10 people, and an open concept kitchen for enjoying each other company. From the dining room, the backdoor open right to backyard perfect for indoor outdoor southern california living. The living room is equipped with a big screen TV and kitchen has all the essential for your cooking requirements

NO OUTDOOR EXCESSIVE NOISE FROM 10PM-7AM. Pursuant to City of Anaheim’s municipal codes, NO outdoor excessive noise from the hours of 10pm-7am. Thank you understanding and allowing us to abide the city laws. Any violators will be fined by the city and/or evicted without refund.

NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house. You will be fine $300 if there are present/smell of smoke.
