Ranch Walkout - Pool & Hottub

With a pool and a hot tub, you get the best of all seasons! Enjoy the pool/slide in the summer, take a nice break in the hot tub in the fall/winter! **POOL OPEN END OF MAY!
Open concept living/kitchen area with deck, a patio off the walkout in the basement - with a bar and foosball table- perfect for a family or group of friends.
Centrally-located place! About 5-10 minutes from Mizzou campus and Faurot Field; grocery stores, bars, and restaurants are all close!

Ranch walkout with an open concept main floor! Two bedrooms on the main floor and third bedroom in the basement. Two separate living spaces makes it easy to spread out!

**PLEASE NOTE- WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL $100 PER GUEST PER NIGHT IF YOUR GUEST COUNT IS NOT ACCURATE. We do have on site security cameras to verify the accuracy of your booking. Please let us know beforehand if additional guests are staying to avoid the extra fees.

Sweet neighborhood

Derek and Patty’s house is in a very sweet neighborhood! Quiet pretty sidewalks were really nice for walking. I travel with two dogs, and we enjoyed all of the conservation land in Rockbridge area, the Katy Trail by Cooper’s Landing, and also really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Murray’s Restaurant is close for excellent take out or to have a glass of wine and listen to music. It was super nice that the dogs could use the pool, and they even had a stack of dog towels and special chews left for them by the hosts 😊👍 I highly recommend, would be a fantastic place for a family get together, too.

Graduation stay

We stayed here while attending a graduation at Mizzou and we cannot wait to return. The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of all ages!
