Location near restaurants, bars, kiosks, bakeries and supermarkets. Martim de Sá beach is the most frequented beach of Caraguatatuba. Boardwalk, kiosks, bars and restaurants make its waterfront the busiest during weekends and vacations and holidays. Tumble beach in the south corner and shallower to the north. The neighborhood is very urbanized and is near Prainha (great beach for children and seniors)

Casa muito boa e espaçosa, comportou tranquilamente a minha família, rua tranquila e a alguns metrôs da praia. A mesma possui utensílios domésticos, Wi-fi e uma ótima piscina com cascatas.

Recomendo! O imóvel é exatamente o que o proprietário anuncia, eu e minha família gostamos muito!

Eu aluguei ela por 4 dias nossa intenção era conhecer praia ao arredores como a de "Tabatinga", "Prainha", " Pedra do Jacaré" Pedra da Freira", "Praia Julião" e fizemos um bate e volta na Ilha Bela que está a 45min de carro, foi muito bom, o proprietário muito atencioso e uma casa bem limpinha e aconchegante.

Excelente!

Passamos um final de semana maravilhoso no imóvel. Espaçosa, limpa, com mobiliá e utensílios completos. Excelente localização, pertinho da praia, com bastante comercio ao redor. E o proprietário Luiz, sempre atencioso conosco. Voltaremos com toda certeza!
