Mobile home in 55 + park. Full access to Lake June including access to public boat ramp (less than 2 miles away) and lake beach area.
Home sits on a double lot and is completely fenced in.
Short walk or ride to grocery (Publix) post office and shopping.
Pets must be pre- approved !
Primary Bedroom has new queen mattress and linens. Second bedroom has double bed with new linens.
Home has an updated bathroom with double sink vanity. Shower is new.
Home is decorated in Florida warm tones and happy, easy living.
Living room has sofa (queen sleeper) two matching recliners, 50” television.
Kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen has new countertops, and a large pantry.
Enjoy the shade provided by a large carport that’s the length of the home! The carport is covered and always shaded!
Full size washer and dryer in outside utility room.
Two short steps to enter the home from the front door.
Living area is carpeted.
