My family and I stayed at this property to attend a wedding in nearby Brentwood. The house had plenty of room for five adults and the kitchen/living room was big enough for us to all hang out together. There are lots of windows which let in natural light and the view of the bay is lovely. I really enjoyed sitting outside with my coffee in the morning (keurig provided) and watching the birds fly over or the fish make waves in the water. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We were unfortunately there during a heat wave and the air conditioner had a hard time cooling the house. There is an additional floor unit in the living room but it's very loud so we didn't use it much. I don't think it would be an issue if it weren't 100 degrees outside. Other than that everything was as described and we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location
We loved the view of the water from the deck. The overall house was nice enough. There was a problem with the air conditioning while we were there and it was not able to be fixed and it was 84 degrees and very humid in the house. The owner did respond to us, but the solution was to use the big fan in the living room provided (seemed like this was planned for so I question the functionality of the a/c in that house). The big fan just made it more humid in there and did not cool down the temperature.
The bathroom situation was interesting. There are 2 bathrooms. The one in the master bedroom has a "hot tub", which is a walk-in bathtub with jets. The shower head is so low that I don't think it's intended to be used as a shower, just a bathtub. So, if you need 2 showers, I wouldn't plan on that. My husband tried to shower in the walk-in, but it was too low and awkward. We all ended up sharing the guest shower.
Other than that, there were a lot of spiders and spider webs outside on the porch, making it hard to enjoy. I think that when people come to stay, someone should spray down the porch and sweep all the cobwebs off and make sure the patio furniture isn't covered in cobwebs so we can use it.
There were plenty of towels and sheets (top sheets on the bed would be good). The kitchen was decently stocked if you wanted to cook things.
The fireplace was a nice touch. The neighborhood is nice. The view is the best part. Bed situation was great, all just as described.
