This luxurious ocean front apartment boasts three spacious bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 9 people.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living room, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining area, where a stylish dining table waits for shared meals and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment includes a convenient laundry area for your convenience.

- The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a lavish king-sized bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a rejuvenating jacuzzi for those relaxing evenings after a day at the beach.
- The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a twin bed along with a private full bath equipped with a tub/shower combo.
- The third bedroom is equipped with a full over full bunk bed and an extra single bed, conveniently adjacent to the hall bath.

We provide sheets and towels for all reservations. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).

The Gateway Grand building has a registration fee of $126.00 paid directly to the building this fee includes 2 parking permits in the parking garage. This fee in not included in the rental amount, must be paid upon check in. Guests need to come to BluVista Office located on 11911 Coastal Hwy to pick up the entrance key for the apartment on the arrival day and drop them off on the checkout day.
