1st floor, spacious, newly renovated condo, two-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront condo. 1 King-size bed, garden view from bedroom, Intracoastal waterway views from the kitchen, living room and large covered patio. Full kitchen with coffee station, kitchen island for dining. The living space has two reclining chairs, comfortable sofa with a large smart TV with Premium cable channels and Wi-Fi. Ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room and patio. Dining table and TV ready for your Firestick on the waterfront patio. Condo is equipped with beach chairs, cart and more. Condo is equipped with a washer & dryer for your convenience. Your vacation condo is located in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach. Beach is a 2-3 minute walk from this vacation rental at 198th Avenue / Gulf Blvd - using the crosswalk.
Sea Club of Indian Shores has a large sparkling pool with a sundeck for your enjoyment between the island activities or lounging for a pool day. A fishing pier along the Intercoastal waterway is available, picnic area and barbecue grills and shuffleboard is available too.
