Indy 500 Stay

It was the perfect stay for the indy 500. The building was spacious and had enough beds for all of our group. Wasn't to far from the track and price was reasonable for the stay. Host was communicative and helpful. We did find some food in the fridge from whoever stayed before us but nothing crazy. Also check in was a bit confusing since instructions were not given on the app. The host Gina contacted us and resolved the check in issue in a timely manner. Would reccomend and stay again next year for the indy 500.

Eucharistic Conference Weekend

Communication and support from the owner was very good. The property is in a lower middle class area that needs rehabilitation and that seems underway. It was clean, but appears to have been recently completed needing some finishing touches, like a toaster and some additional dinnerware in the kitchen, some dressers/tables in the bedrooms, etc. The two sofa's on the main level are pullout beds to get to the 7 guest accommodation. The bedrooms up stairs on have single beds. With minor tweaking, this becomes a 5 star rating. It served us well (4 guests). The price was very attractive while $700 a night hotel rooms for this sold out weekend was out of the question.

Served it’s purpose

The code for the door worked but was stuck and not open. Has to have owner come out to get in. If you turn the door handle after leaving, it would jam and not work again. The carpet on steps and rooms were not vacuumed. Neighborhood was not the best. Water in the shower does not get hot
