- Free Netflix included. You also can enjoy add'l streaming content by log in your own account of Disney+, Apple TV, HBO Max, and Prime Video.

OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS:
- Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house.
- Any parties, events, large group gathering (max 15 including visitors), loud music or interference. There is a noise detector to detect excessive noise (in the backyard only).
- Unregistered guests.

You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation.
