The entire West wing houses the gorgeous Primary Suite, complete with a King bed, TV, romantic fireplace, exclusive deck with some of the best views in the house, & ensuite bath with separate soaking tub & shower and dual vanities.
A sky walkway overlooking the middle level leads to the East wing that houses br#2, which has it all! A Queen bed, ensuite bath, patio doors to the front entry patio, another deck facing the ocean overlooking La Jolla Shores beach, a workstation, & a den area with TV and sofa. WOW!
MIDDLE LEVEL (main entry & living area, bd #3, expansive view deck)
As you enter the main entry you'll be greeted by floor to ceiling windows, with views from nearly all rooms looking at the beautiful & prestigious La Jolla coastline down to La Jolla Shores Beach all the way to Del Mar!
Sunlight fills this main level space that includes a grand entry foyer, an expansive living room with sofa & accent chair seating, SMART TV, cozy gas fireplace, & oversized windows for great city & ocean views. Adjacent is a dining room for 6 + an extra breakfast nook for an additional 4 person seating. The gourmet chef's kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, dual dishwashers, 4-burner gas stove with 2 griddles, cabinets galore, & counter seating for 2. Rounding out the interior of this level is a half bath & a bedroom with Queen bed, TV, ensuite bath, & access to the side patio.
Perhaps the most popular space in our home is the middle level ocean view deck! Outdoors you'll love enjoying a coffee in am to beautiful sunrises, soak up the daytime San Diego sun, or your favorite cocktail in the evening to beautiful sunsets & coastline lights. The expansive patio includes 2 separate seating areas that include dining seating with shade umbrella & lounge patio sofa seating.

A set of stairs leads to the lower level with 2 additional bd's, each with their own TV & ensuite bath, a great place for kids (see BED & BATH ARRANGEMENTS below). • Activities
Just up the road is La Jolla Cove where you can watch & snorkel with the sea lions. Surf some of the historic and famous waves at nearby Blacks Beach & Scripps Pier. The nightlife always has something going on no matter what day of the week; catch a show at The Comedy Store or a beer at nearby Karl Strauss brewery. Golfers will be pleased to note we are located only 5 minutes from famous Torrey Pines Golf course.
• Dining
Have everything from fine dining to a local market all just 1mi from your home! Fine dining? We are a short walk to Michelin Star fine dining restaurant at The Marine Room. Other favorite eateries located off Prospect St. including ocean view dining at George's at the Cove, Hawaiian inspired Duke's La Jolla *great for families, & Eddie V's Prime Seafood.
• Attractions
A 5min drive will get you to Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, with more than 5,000 fish in 60+ aquarium habitats. Stop by La Jolla cove, where you can watch Sea Lions & other wildlife. Other attractions include Belmont Park & Sea World, each ~10 min drive. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements
Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• Occupancy
Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise
Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
