This cozy waterfront cottage is situated in a serene neighborhood on Papoose Island, with stunning views of Sebago Lake and excellent swimming opportunities. The property comes equipped with a swim float, pedal boat, and 12' rowboat for your use. The dock is capable of holding a boat up to 24' long so you can explore the 40+ miles of boatable waterway on vast Sebago Lake along with Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River. The cottage is surrounded by natural landscaping and wooded areas, with a cement landing complete with a picnic table so you can dine with a view! The waterfront is accessible via a few stairs from the house, and the property has a slightly sloping yard. When water levels are normal to low, the sandy, gravely beach creates an ideal spot for swimming, with a rock jetty offering protection for the swimming area. Papoose Island Lake Stay

Beautiful location and property. Wonderful swimming area and view of the lake. Gets a lot of shade during the day due to all the trees but we had a wonderful time. The one bathroom was tight sometimes but we enjoyed our time here and recommend the property as one of the best locations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t ask for more. We’ve been staying at the same property on Pappas Island Sebago Lake for the past seven years. Each vacation we considered to debate not only that was the house clean well-maintained. Everyone has been an excellent experience every year. Whenever there’s been issues that we have had to Bring up during our stay, both Krainin and the owner have been extremely responsive. We will happily stay at this location for years to come.
