Introducing our new luxurious townhouse in Prominence, Lala’s Beach House! Steps away from the resort pool (1 minute walk)!The perfect place for your next beach getaway, our rental boasts a coastal design and all the amenities you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Step in to the largest of the North Prominence units. This spacious and elegant two-story home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating two stories of living space. The first floor features an open-concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, perfect for entertaining. The living room features access to a patio, while the kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and stone countertops.

We've thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our rental comes with a bunk room and plenty of space, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests and is steps away from a 5,000 sq foot resort-style pool, which is perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center at The Big Chill, resort-style pools, and nearby walking trails of Deer Lake State Park. The Big Chill is a quick walk with many 4 restaurant and many souvenir options.

Located directly off 30A, our rental offers easy access to miles of white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, and a variety of dining and shopping options. Book your stay at Lala’s Beach House today and experience the ultimate Florida vacation!

Family vaca

Lala’s was fully equipped with everything our family needed. The house felt like we were right at home. The golf cart was great for trips to seaside for shopping or dinner without paying to park. The beach towels, chairs and extra items were nice to use.

Wonderful place to stay at the beach

The townhouse was clean, well decorated and in a great location on the property. Its conveniently located to the pool which made it easy to walk to with young children. The only complaint we had was how crowded the pool was, which I guess is to be expected during spring break. The golf cart made up for it because it was a fun and easy way to get to the beach. Overall it was a lovely home and we would stay there again.

Prominence Vacation at LaLa

Very nice vacation rental. Nice location near the entrance. Very comfortable mattress in the Master bedroom! Good supplies and excellent communication with the owner!

What makes this property unique

Beach Access:

There are many public beaches along 30A that can be enjoyed. Most beach accesses have parking nearby along 30A or in parking lots.

Deer Lake State Park - The most convenient beach access with ample parking and only 1 mile away. There are new bathrooms, grills, and shelter at the beach access!

Seabreeze Beach Access - A five minute golf cart ride or eight minute bike ride East on 30A from Prominence.

Gulf Lakes Beach Access - You can pack lightly to bike and utilize the available bike racks at the access entry to lockup. This access is tucked in a residential area off 30A but has a public parking lot about 100 yards from the access entry.

Walton Dunes - An easier entry as it has no boardwalk or steps, and you can walk from the road directly onto the beach. This is a good option for dropping off passengers and gear before parking in the nearby lot. There are plenty of bicycle racks at the access should you decide to ride bikes.

Inlet Beach Regional Access - A 15 minute car ride but is a great option with ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house.
