This cozy cottage lets you catch fish right from your own doorstep. it is a 2 bedroom (King and Queen) and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a full kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and the dining room overlooks the water from every window. The living room has a picture window with a beautiful waterfront view.
There are three entrances into the cottage, one via the carport though the utility room with the washer and dryer, one viathe fenced garden and the other is via a Tiki bar that is the outside space of the property next door.
Outside it has its own fenced in waterfront garden, boat lift and deep water mooring for most boats, as well as parking for your trailer or 2 cars max

There are many fine restaurants all only minutes away by boat or car. Publix and other major supermarkets are minutes away.
