Welcome to Whitecaps, a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in Surf City. This townhome is just steps away from the beach and all great things Surf City. As you enter this home it will feel like home away from home. With 4 decks you will never miss a good view. This home has a very coastal farmhouse modern feel to it. The whole 3rd floor is a living area great for entertaining everyone, it also has a half bath. The 4th floor is a master suite retreat with killer views, a sitting area and a full bath. On the 4th floor you will find a spiral staircase that will take you to a 5th level deck. The 2nd floor is where you will find the other two bedrooms and the shared bath with laundry area.
Provided as a personal touch to this house and not like any other on the island;
-coffee, creamer and sugar for coffee maker
-games for the family
-adapted smart TVs in most rooms
-beach towels
-laundry detergent
-soap bars in every bathroom
-hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen
-clean and well maintained linens (sheets, extra pillows, pillow cases, blankets, and bath towels (one set per guest)) everything is already in place when you get there.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
A separate security deposit for $450 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
