The condo is located in the beautiful Lake Harmony area with a less than 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort. This rental is just 2 hours outside of NYC and less than an hour and a half from Morristown, NJ or Philadelphia.
Access to Big Boulder Lake is just a few minutes away from the condo - an easy walk or drive. Purchase a day or week pass for access to the 175 acre lake with activities including swimming, tennis, volleyball, cornhole, ladderball, bocce ball and ping pong. Boats, kayaks and watersport equipment are available for rent. Big Boulder Lake is a catch and release lake with large and smallmouth bass, striped bass, rock bass, bluegill sunfish, lake trout, yellow perch catfish and black crappie. Weekend and weekly rates are available for guests.

Hi! We recently sold a home at the NJ shore and wanted a fun and different place to vacation. We came across this condo in October of 2023 and loved it! The condo has been renting for a while with great guest reviews. We maintained the same housekeeping staff and everything else is the same, so please don't let it being "new" to renting deter you, since it really isn't. If you have any questions or want to chat before renting via email or over the phone, please just let me know.
Why they chose this property
I really love this condo. It is ground floor and the patio walks right out to the pool and hot tub - it is directly in front of this condo and is so perfect since I have kids. There are amazing lake views out of the dining room and living room, and, of course, the outdoor patio. There is a pebbled path from the condo that you can walk directly over to Big Boulder ski resort - it's a nice walk and follows the lake. During the summer you can enjoy swimming and water sports at Big Boulder Lake. Did you know the lake is used to create the snow for the ski resort?
The unit itself is so cute. I don't know if it was designed by an interior decorator, but the colors and patterns are interesting and modern.
I love feeling like I'm on vacation when I'm away and this feels like a treat to me. I enjoy walking right outside to the water, seeing those walking paths & I really like how it feels woodsy and private with mature trees and grass, but you benefit from being in a community because you have the big pool, as well as lake access.

What makes this property unique
There are a lot of condos and some of the ones from Midlakes rent on this same site! But, my condo is direct walk-out to the pool just steps away which was a huge draw for me, with kids. Location! Plus, I just love the decor! When I first saw this condo on Zillow I loved the dark wood cabinets the kitchen, the fun blue walls in the master bedroom and the big plaid couch in the living room. We toured 4-5 other units when we went to look at this one and my husband, daughter and I were just drawn to this one and loved the design and location. We hope you will, too!
