About this property

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful private waterfront estate is located on Crescent Lake (known for Bass fishing). Enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the gated courtyard which separates the main house from the guesthouse (guesthouse available at reduced rate, if available, to renters of main house). Gourmet Kitchen w/wine chiller is in the main house. There are plenty of options to enjoy the outdoor living. 1,000 sq ft. screened in Lanai with 20 ft. high ceiling and grill. Our home is great for special events, pre-approval is required.

Beautiful sunsets on our dock and you may see manatees.
