About this property

A cozy and very relaxing country home at sproat lake, recently voted best lake in BC. Boat launch and swimming dock right across the road with easy boat parking on the property. If the lake gets too busy return to the property where the quiet peaceful forested lot allows you to unplug, unwind and return to nature in the beautiful west coast forest. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people and is great for groups or events. Two fully stocked bathrooms with a two piece in The Big Room with no shower. Ask about the Spa availability. Hobby farm on the property is another level of your return to nature allowing you to feed and interact with a very friendly herd of sheep and chicken(maybe the chickens are so friendly 😉). With the home owner living on the back of the property it maintains a present, in case anything is needed, and private balance to the property which has been very popular with groups in the past. Lake life will never leave you once you’ve lived it. Come give it a try🙂

spacious comfy house

All good except for minor issue of not knowing what to do with compost (until clarification from owner via texting). Had a very nice stay there. Comfortable and close to lake.
