About the host
Your host
We long for the days we will retire at this spectacular condo, walk the white soft sandy beach and dine and shop among the palm tree lined streets. But for now, we are still working in cold grey New England - so for now, please enjoy our home in our place. The building is particular about transient guests so long term rentals only.
Why they chose this property
This is the singular most perfect location! You don't need a car. You can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, park, Artis Museum and Philharmonic; cycle around the grand mansions of Naples. Watch the breathtaking sunsets every night.
What makes this property unique
The black canaopy of the charming yellow building is historic -is famously known as the Colonnade! Only 18 units in this friendly building with one of the largest outdoor pools equipped with gas grille and bar for cooking in (when you are not dining out at nearby spectacular restaurants).
