When you can pull yourself away from this tranquil space, bike to the shore and play in the sand at Rehoboth Beach, take a hike around Gordons Pond State Park, and practice your swing at Baywood Greens Golf Course. You'll love being within easy walking distance of a coffee shop, dining options, and breweries and one block from the Creative Market. Plus, you'll enjoy quick access to biking on the Breakwater Trail (which connects to the Georgetown Trail and Cape Henlopen State Park).
Closer to your vacation home, you'll find a large community in-ground pool for refreshing swims. A private walking path behind the complex that takes guests right out to the bridge is also available, should anyone wish to use it as a shortcut into town (you will be provided a gate code to access the path).
When all you want to do is relax, stretch out on the living room's soft sofa and stream your favorite shows (no cable). When you aren't hanging out here, the wrap-around porch boasts ample seating options, all cooled by ceiling fans. Things to Know
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
