This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom second floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and new furnishings. The balcony highlights the beautiful mountain scenery with amazing views of Dillon Marina that sits almost two miles above sea level. This cozy lake view condo is within a three-block radius of multiple Summit Stage bus stops that can take you to Lake Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheater, a bowling alley, and more than five bars and restaurants. The free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies!

The entry to this condo is on the backside of the building and offers a private balcony with a grill. The living area has cozy furniture, a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The breakfast bar seats four. The bathroom is across from the primary bedroom which features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom is just down the hallway from the living area and features a queen-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV, and a large closet with plenty of room for clothes.

This property has a minimum night stay requirement of 2 nights or more. If the reservation does not meet this requirement, it will be subject to cancellation.

Great little place for fun in Dillon!

Great other than check in and check out times

Great location, very walkable. Perfect for a short stay. Only complaint is the late (4:30pm) check in time, and very early checkout time (10:00am). Cleaners were at our door at 10am on the dot. I would prefer an 11am checkout and 3pm check in like most places. These hours shorten the trip and you’re spending a good amount of money.

Good location, needs attention to detail

The photos for this property are accurate and things look nice when you get there, but there is room for improvement. Since this condo is near skiing and water sports, it would be helpful to have somewhere to hang things and allow them to dry. The kitchen is well appointed but the dishwasher is not secure, the faucet is loose and the hot and cold are backwards. The bedroom is fine but there is no place to put luggage except the floor. Luggage racks in the bedroom would be helpful. The bathroom looks nice but the faucets there are loose also and the shower does not drain. The furnishings overall are fine but the choice of glass tables and delicate barstools (1 already broken) is interesting. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The biggest frustration was the parking. You must register your license plate for parking and there were 2 sets of instructions. The instructions also say to put a hang tag in your car but none was to be found, nor provided when requested. I required assistance to register my car as the last guest was still registered to the property and several times I got a text with the same set of instructions that did not correct the problem. It was eventually resolved. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it to a friend.

Misleading Listing

Place was nice. Well appointed. Quite small but fine. Pictures showed a washing machine. Listing stated there was a washing machine. There was not a washing machine. That was a major reason I chose this place over others. Property manager was dismissive and stated there was a laundromat nearby. Annoying to say the least.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Friday during college playoffs and after a day of driving and flying we’re looking to relax only to find out we had no cable and didn’t get cable till Monday. Missed all of playoff games. After a day of skiing it would have been nice to relax with games. The owner knew we didn’t have cable (from conversations we overheard with technician and owner). No place to hang coats or put shoes. We had to live out of suitcase on floor for 9 days. Was very clean and had utensils for cooking something. Owner didn’t seem to care

Overall Nice, But Listing Not Accurate

This condo offer great views of Dillon Reservoir and is nice and clean. However, the listing says it sleeps 4 but the sofa bed only had sheets and no blankets, which is needed for cool nights. We asked the property manager for it but said that was not included. The listing also said fans were in the unit to help cool off the space, but they were not. At first they weren't going to bring a fan and we were asked to go pick it up in another town. Later the property management company did bring a fan, which was much nicer that evening given the warm day temps. Overall a nice place to stay, but the listing isn't fully accurate.

Noise issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit itself is like the pictures and nice. But not happy with the noise in the complex. Within minutes of arriving on the first day someone was playing loud base music for just 2 hours straight, you can hear upper unit footsteps all the time, in the middle of the night woken up to people talking loud and laughing outside the bedroom window which butts up to a parking area and also an entrance to other units. On second day had a repeat of loud music and of course the upper unit noise. When complained to the Summit management company they said not all units are controlled by them so they had to put a complaint in with the HOA, after the second day having same noise issue we asked to be able to leave early and they would not credit us on our fee. Also it advertises a washer/dryer it's not hooked up, we received notification 6 days out from arrival that it was not hooked up so may want to check on that. And on the day of arrival we were supposed to be able to get in the unit at 4:30 to receive a text at 4 that it wasn't ready and we couldn't come till after 5. The unit is located on the back side of the building that you can directly drive up to the door so you have to walk and is located on the second floor so you have to do stairs as well.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays.
