You just walk out the door and down the steps to our beautiful deck and right on to the ski mountain and down you go to the gondola. It does not get any better than that for skiers, bikers or hikers. Private country setting with great mountain views. Wayawanda State park is only $10 to enter park to swim the lake, use the beach, rent boats or hike.
They offer the triple play for ski season at a great discounted rate as well as water park packages. Nearby you can enjoy horseback riding, wineries, apple picking, Wayawanda State Park which is great for swiimming, hiking and boating with a nice sandy beach. You can even rent boats at the beautiful lake during the summer season or just lounge at the beautiful mountain top lake. You can also horse back ride, learn archery, go hiking or take advantage of all the great mountain top adventures.
The town of Warwick is a great country town to shop and dine, it is only 10-15 minutes away. For summer fun Mountain creek water park is right nextdoor. New this summer mountain coaster ride & zipline over our mountain lakes. There is also mountain biking, more family fun than ever.

For winter fun we are a direct ski on ski off destination.

3 Bdroom 2 bath condo is a top floor, end unit, slope side. Ski directly to Gondola & new ski lodge. The unit has upgraded lighting, skylights, quality furniture and a great view of the mountain! A large greenhouse window overlooks the woods and ski mountain. You will love the private deck and balcony. When you want to stay in and relax you will enjoy watching cable TV on the new HD 52' TV! We have silver package cable and dvr for you enjoyment.If you want to 'stay in touch' there is Wireless Internet. We also added a new kitchen granite counter top with 50% more counter space and 3 leather bar stools, now you can enjoy eating for 9.

Great relaxing getaway

My teenagers love it!!! Beautiful view the pool at the resort was great. Restaurant was good the people were sweet and friendly very clean the walk was not bad!! The condo was spacious clean and it had everything we needed thanks Bruce we will see you soon.

Just perfect!

We loved staying here! Beautiful view! Plenty of room for a family of six! Very Clean and well stocked with towels,sheets, blankets, pillows, etc! Owner was very helpful! Can't wait to come back!!

Beautiful condo! great location

From the moment me and my family arrived at the condo we loved it. Big spacious living area with everything you need. I loved waking up in the morning and the view seeing of skiiers going down the mountain was just breath taking. My kids, husband and I cant wait to go back!

very pleasant and relaxing mountainside townhome

My wife and 2 children stayed in the townhome for a long weekend. It was even better than the listing suggests. Right on the slopeside and easy access to hiking and mountain biking. We really enjoyed the pool and though we didn't make it to the waterpark it was within easy reach. We would be happy to stay again.

great place

I stayed there with 3 other people, and we all collectively loved the place. I also had visitors that were very pleased with the place. We all enjoyed the stay greatly. The Condo is spacious and well equipped. The owner is very nice and helpful, he responded quickly to any questions i had and provided us with useful tips and info. I will most definitely go back and i would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

We will come back.

I stayed at few different condos over last few years and this one was by far the best one I rented. Wifi was as promised available, each room had their own TV and the space was set up with thought. We had no problem finding anything we needed. Most importantly its a true SKI IN & SKI OUT! To the main slope! We will definitely come back in the next season.

Winter Getaway

We had a very nice time with our family. The condo was in a great location. We loved that we stepped out the door and right onto the slopes. I felt the condo was very outdated and falling apart. The faucet in the kitchen sink didn’t work properly and the oven door was falling apart which made it hard to cook dinners. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I felt the linens could’ve been better too. When I dried myself off after a shower, the towels were so cheap that parts of it stuck to my body. I wish I could give a better review but for the price we paid, many things should’ve been updated!

Beautiful NJ Alps Condo

We initially had different lodging arrangements for my boyfriends cousins wedding, but when we discovered that our dog's "babysitter" had to back out of being able to care for him, we decided to find a place that allowed for/ would consider small pets. We were considerably lucky to come across Bruce's available condo in the NJ Alps. Bruce was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and everything from that point forward was smooth sailing. He not only got back to us always in a timely fashion, but also went above and beyond with emailing us local attractions to see and activities to do. His professionalism and going above and beyond attitude translated to and was evident in the care, cleanliness, and attention to detail of his condo. We were comfortable, pleased, and happy with everything about our stay! Thanks Bruce!

Nice stay with beautiful views.

Overall we were very pleased with the property. It was very quiet and comfortable. A couple of little things came up which we took care of: we ran out of TP the first night, there was only 1 coffee filter which turned out okay because the coffee pot didn’t work anyway! Everything else was great!

Nice getaway!

Nice place! Comfortable and clean. Just a few steps to the slopes and off you go. Had some communication with William a couple of times and he responded pretty quickly. Had a great time!

WFH Retreat

The property was a great retreat for us to have a change of scenery as we continue to WFH. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, convenient to great hiking trails, and a few restaurants for takeout. Only suggestion would be to have 2 nice chairs for the deck since the view in the trees is so nice.

A fabulous family ski trip

Our usual rental was taken and we were pleasantly surprised! This unit is right by the ski slope, so you can ski in and ski out. Very spacious and cozy. It’s in the great gorge complex. The owner had a membership to the minerals hotel spa, so we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam after ski. At night it was so comfortable in the condo that we skipped our dinner reservations and decided to dine in. Very recommended.
