The house has 6 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning, 4 with ceiling fans) with balcony facing pond, a kitchenette behind the house, home theater room, covered area with barbecue, large garden, 100 m3 pool with wet bar , waterfall, jacuzzi (whirlpool), garage discovery for 8 cars. The house 'and very well located, next of the region's best restaurants (and Curuca Gaeta), the Nightclub More and best beaches (Bacutia, Piracanga, Father and Meaipe).
