Blue Haven
Beautiful brand new 6 bed/4 bath/2 car garage farmhouse situated on 40 acres between Stillwater & Perry, it is close to great dining and events while also being secluded and peaceful. Perfect for a wedding, a football weekend (You are only 16 miles from Boone Pickens Stadium), or family gatherings! The views are amazing at sunset from either the porch or the upper balcony that stretches the length of the home.
The space
A large home on a hill with plenty of room to roam and plentiful wildlife. We see wild turkeys and deer quite often. Beautiful living with electric fireplace for cozy nights plus a game room with huge TV, sectional, arcade games, darts, and foosball table. One king, three queens, bunk room, and daybed with trundle. With smart TV's all over the home there is access for all. Terraces and porches with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Large chef’s fully equipped kitchen with island bar, kitchenette dining and large formal dining. If you are in the mood for a walk there are ponds at the other end of the property.

Other than two small closets where cleaning supplies and consumables are stored you will have full access.

Garage parking is allowed. Emergency storm shelter is located in Garage floor.
