A brand-new villa in Nissaki that offers privacy, peace, and quiet as well as panoramic sea views combined with a special architectural design. A 5-bedroom villa that consists of a main house and an independent guest house. The main house has 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and the guest house has a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/living room, where there is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The villa can host up to 12 guests (10+2). Although it is built as a "cave-house", the architect has ensured that every room is filled with plenty of light. The villa features internal patios adorned with traditional plants like olive and kumquat trees, as well as indoor gardens with cacti and stone, which add to the villa's distinctive atmosphere. The T-shaped pool creates a sense of the water element inside the house, which, when combined with the 180-degree view, makes for a truly remarkable experience. The villa is just a 3-minute drive from amenities and the sea.
