Private dockage is available upon reservation and for a nominal fee. Dockage is located just steps away on the bay side and will accommodate a boat up to 35 feet in length.
Please note, this rental allows a minimum stay of 28 nights, and is located in a brand new development with ongoing construction on the houses closest to the water. Our home is situated in the center of the development, therefore, construction should not interfere with the vacation experience.
