Hosts are both graduates of the Rhode Island School of Design and practice art and design plus cider making! We are the owners of 'Sowams Cidery' in town where you can have flights of hard cider. All our apples are grown locally in Warren. You will find the rooms full of original art from their vast collection.
Why they chose this property
Located on Watr St in the heart of the Waterfront historic District . The neighborhood is abundant with small shps and restaurants as well as a waterfront public park and beach. The apt is one block from the East Bay bike path where one can ride from Providence to Bristol.
What makes this property unique
Located in a historic red brick building that was a French Club in the late 18th Century, then a lace factory, and was the show room fro the world famous Dyer Boats Anchorage who are still located in Warren near-bye on the waterfront
