Do Not Book! You will be DISAPPOINTED‼️
The house needs a lot of cosmetic done to it which isn’t shown in the listing photos. We didn’t have access to the garage. The house wasn’t cleaned properly. It appeared to me that the owner tried cleaning it himself. It had a 10-15 candles burning in it upon our arrival. I assume he was trying to get rid of some sort of odor. We didn’t get check in instructions I had to call him to get in. This property is listed multiple times on this app. I assume he receives bad reviews and relist it under different profiles to avoid showing bad reviews. We took a video and showed the owner and he stated that he would send his cleaners to clean. We requested a refund which he agreed to send to us but never did it. We didn’t even turn our car off to stay at this property. I sent my husband inside to check it out after arriving because I had a bad feeling after looking at the exterior upon arrival and I was right. I couldn’t do it. We called the owner immediately and we still never received any of our money back as discussed.
We communicated with him and he did answer the phone about refunding but he never sent it.
