The space
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Other amenities such as satellite TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are also provided. A fireplace, a spa and an authentic Finnish sauna are also some of the attractions of this warm chalet!

The chalet, the Spa, and the Sauna are reserved only for guests registered before arrival.

Upstairs :

- a spacious room with 1 King bed and 1 double sofa bed.

– a shared bathroom with a shower and whirlpool bath

Outside:

– a large 8-seater outdoor dry sauna
– a spa for 6 people
– a large patio and gas BBQ

IMPORTANT: This is a top-of-the-range chalet in a contemporary style, furnished with care, with large bay windows, and is very bright (Full-South orientation). It is perfect for family reunions, relaxation weekends with friends, and ski weekends. It is not suitable for graduation parties, drinking parties, etc. We ensure that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is respected (strict supervision on site) and we ask tenants to respect the calm neighborhood after 10 p.m., under penalty of penalties.

-IMPORTANT:

-All guests have to fill out a pre check-in form through a "EnsoConnect" link to our online guest guide sent upon the booking confirmation.


-The verification steps require the guest to fill out the contact information, a valid ID and an authorization for a hold for the security deposit of $800.


Please note that the $800 security deposit will be frozen and not withdrawn from the credit card and will be released 7 days after the departure if no damage was done to the property

Other points to note:

-Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times .

A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.

– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for hypoallergenic cleaning.
All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11 a.m.

L'Ours is located 50 minutes from Montreal and the following ski resorts:
Morin-Heights (10 min.)
Saint-Sauveur (20 min.)
Olympia Summit (25 mins.)

Noise:
Excessive noise is not allowed either inside or outside

It is compulsory to take a shower and do not have moisturizing creams before using the SPA

Pets are accepted in the cabin for $100 / stay
