Enjoy Seaside BLISS in our cozy condo in The Dunes community, while also being just steps away from the pool.

The Dunes is located near the end of the Fort Morgan Peninsula, away from the endless crowds. This beautiful, professionally decorated condominium is located on the ground floor next to the pool. Newly redone, the condo is fully equipped with flat screen tv's and dvd players. You can also enjoy free wireless internet.

Delight and relax in the master bedroom, which has a custom made bed, bedding and media center, as well as a full bath. Bunkbeds are located in the hallway with blackout draperies for privacy. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Also, find a full guest bathroom off the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has an open living room and great views of the gulf. Enjoy a frozen concoction created by you with our Margaritaville machine while enjoying sea breezes on our patio.

The Dunes is the ultimate beach experience for the entire family. The private beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk. It's comfortable, cozy and relaxing. Tacky Jack's and a marina are just across the street. Book our condo today to truly be offered a perfect vacation getaway.

Very spacious for a one bedroom. Very convenient next to the pool. As other reviews stated very uncomfortable bed. At least a 20 minute drive for decent shopping/restaurants.

Fishing trip

My dad and I came to Fort Morgan on a 3-day fishing trip. This condo was a perfect location for several fishing spots. The owner was great! She answered every question we had and even went out of her way to contact the marina for us. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Cute Condo

Love this condo, great location. The pool is literally right outside the back door. The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was very responsive. Only comment is that the bed could do with updating, it does sag a little in the middle and a curtain needs to be hung in the bedroom. The bunk beds are cute and our son loved them. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice condo!

This is one of the nicer condos I've booked through VRBO, had nicer decor then most and me and my son loved the hallway bunkbeds, they were like a cute little fort. My husband loved the king bed, it was a little sunken in the middle but he thought it was so comfy. Like most vacation rentals could use a deep clean and a few repairs but overall it is a great rental and we would stay here again. Loved that it was ground floor, super convenient to parking and back door opens right next to the pool gate. You can see the ocean from the backdoor but it would be a good walk or quick drive to get to it.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and not overcrowded. This unit had everything we needed. I do wish we had a dining room table. Our family loves to play cards. We played outside on the patio but there were too many mosquitoes. Overall I would come back for a short visit!

I Do not recommend

I do not recommend this property at all. The first day we arrived, we noticed the roof was in terrbile condition as soon as we drove up. There were 2 rats outside of our door. We were on first floor. We ended up staying one night until we were able to check in to another condo the next day. I told owner and she will not refund me. Here are a few issues I had. 1. Rats 2. Broken laundry room door. (missing one door) 3. Huge hole under bathroom sink, (easy access for rats to enter) 4. Moisture on sheetrock/ mold on ceilings in bathooms. 5. Beach was about a half a mile walk from condo. 6. Hot tub was nasty and cloudy. 7. Bathroom in lobby, by indoor pool has mold all on wall. 8. Bed was very worn and sinks in! This place needs some TLC !! What I have learned booking this was if the price is cheap, theres a reason!! I do not reccomend this place at all. There is a reason that the pictures are dark on this listing, they dont want you to see the condition it really is in.

Just okay

The room needed to be cleaned and updated. The furniture was uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. You can see the beach from the condo but the walk is a lot farther that it appeared in the listing. I will search for a nicer place for our next trip.

Wonderful getaway!

This property was perfect for our little family of 3! It was so convenient to hop on/off the ferry and be right at the condo. Loved being right by the pool and only a short walk to the beach—driving was also an option! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and already talking about coming back next year!

Great condo for the price!

The condo was great for a small family! We loved it was on the ground level with your own entry to the pool and hot tub area. It is quite a walk to the beach, around .25 mile. It did not bother us though for the price. The bed is very comfortable and the unit has all the amenities you would need! I will say it could use a good deep clean. There were dead bugs and lots of dust on the window sill and trash behind the night stand. It is longer drive to get into Gulf Shores which we expected. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay.

The building had storm damage, on the roof. The unit needs a few repairs, toilet runs after the flush, but would stop if the handle was jiggled. The door stops were not functioning properly and there were door handle dents in the drywall, and there was burn damage on the the bed linens. Other than that, the unit was clean, and ready for our visit. Thank you for that. All information provided for the visit was accurate, and the stay was peasant.

Extended weekend

We stayed the second weekend of August. It was a great stay! The location was quiet, the beach was amazing! Way less crowded than OB which is just what we were looking for. The condo had everything we needed. I had to contact the owner once for a gate code but she handled it quickly! I would definitely book again.

BEST RELAXING TRIP IN A WHILE

The check in process with the owner was great! VRBO site was down and she was able to assist with the check in process via text! Room was the perfect size for what we needed and the pool was literally STEPS from the patio! Definitely worth the stay and will book again!

Fort Morgan family get away

Condo worked great for us, pool right outside patio was awesome. We walked each day to the beach, but you can drive down. Liked that it is more private and family friendly.

Great Vaca
