About this property

PondSide Tiny House on Private Pond

Overlooking a peaceful & private spring fed pond, this Dog Friendly cottage has unique style, deck with grill and smokeless fire pit-wood provided. Lounge chairs overlooking the pond, dock and kayaks Full Murphy bed in living room with electric"wood" stove. Miles of trails through 68 acres of forest and meadow adjacent to 300 acre Forest. You might spot moose, bear, otter or deer. Only 2 other small homes share the pond and sandy beach.
This stylish space is entered through the private pond side deck complete with smokeless fire pit and gas grill.

Generous living room on first floor has kitchen counter all along the back side with fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, microwave and toaster oven and indoor grill Custom stylish feature wall behind. Off the living room are sink and toilet room and separate bath/shower room.
Shelves on the Murphy bed wall hold games and toys, books and DVD's. Smart TV connected to internet, netflix, hulu and amazon prime.
Up the spiral stair, (suitable for the agile ) the large private loft has easy chair and foot rest, queen bed and TV.

PLEASE drive only on the gravel driveways and parking areas as the lawns and septic systems do not tolerate the weight of cars.

Please note that while we do our very best to keep the grills, decks, dock and toys current, some wear should be expected.
WE humbly request that you bring ANY and ALL issues with our grounds, grills, beach and trails to our attention as soon as you notice a problem. That way we can get to fixing it for you. 68 acres is a lot to keep track of and we really appreciate your help in staying on top of problems.

Walk or snowshoe the trails on our private estate or venture in to the adjacent 300 acre State Forest with miles of trails and even an old gold mine! This four-season home makes a great base for exploring the foliage in fall and hiking the White Mountains any time of year. In the winter there are numerous ski resorts all around the White Mountains including Cannon and Bretton Woods.

Cozy!!!

such a cool spot! Cannot wait to book again. Cozy vibes and loved that we got to bring our dog! Mary’s little detailing of leaving some goodies to eat with a bottle of wine! 10/0
