This outdoor pool is quite expansive, measuring 12x24 and is available to be heated, upon request from March to November for an additional $625, if the temp goes below 55° the heat pump will not work.

Level One: Large Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and an Open, Wrap-around, Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area faces the ocean and has access to an Open Deck. Galley Kitchen has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Amenities include: an Open Deck with a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella, and Chaise Lounges, Covered Parking, 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers, Gas Grill, Water Treatment System, Beach Chairs, a Microwave, and a Dishwasher.
