Wake up and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean at this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. We are part of the Sea Scape Sur complex in Solana Beach. Enjoy ocean views from each room and a large walk out patio that is just steps away from the beach. Our condo is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, has access to two pools and two hot tubs, tennis courts and meticulously manicured grounds.
The Del Mar fairgrounds is a couple blocks away and during the summer months hosts the prestigious Del Mar horse races. Cedros Street, a popular area for shopping, dining and weekly farmers market is just a short walk away.

Perfect Ocean front stay
Wonderful experience staying at this lovely property. Directions and information for arrival was very clear to understand, and property manager easy to communicate with. Everything was described accurately, and the house is comfortable with excellent views. Overall a top notch location & property, we had a memorable stay.

Amazing Property!
The condo was even more spectacular in person. The ocean views, decor, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very enjoyable. The location, grounds, and setting were perfect. The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt answering any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

This property had it all: oceanfront location with beach access, two pools and hot tubs, beautiful grounds and plenty of everything you’d need in the condo. It was spacious and updated and we had a lovely time.

Great beach rental
This is our 7 year vacationing in Solana Beach, we have stayed at numerous condos along the bluff there and this rental did not disappoint. The owner, Kristen, was very attentive and responded timely to texts. The place is immaculate, recently updated, master bath was huge, and had all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. They even have a coffee maker and Kuerig!!! Also the cabinets are stocked with all the necessary accessories for cooking, i.e. spices, oils, etc... Nothing more I hate than having to go and buy basic necessities after a long drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the condo. The sunsets are amazing and the beach is never crowded, it's like having a private beach to yourself. We were lucky also that the SD County Fair was going on while we were there, so the teens enjoyed being able to walk to the fairgrounds after dinner.

Best week ever
We have been coming to Solana Beach for many years and usually rent a unit on Sierra Ave. This was by far the best one we've ever stayed at. We loved being all on one level and beach front. It was very spacious for our group. The amount of sliding glass doors brought in much needed cool air. There were so many little extras that we've never had before like standing fans in the rooms as well as ceiling fans. Usually we are begging property managers to find us one fan. There were air fresheners and hand soaps in all three bathrooms. We've always had to bring our own. We had brought jugs of water only to find that there was drinking water available. That was a surprise. Everything we could need was provided. There were a ton of beach towels as well as several boogie boards and more. Working with the manager/owner was a breeze. We were able to text each other and they were so friendly and helpful. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat.
