This property is available for rent with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Prices vary depending on the season, and tenants are responsible for utilities, although arrangements can be discussed and negotiated with the property manager.
We warmly welcome pets, subject to an additional pet fee and deposit. Please contact the Property Manager for further details on how to apply or to book your stay.
As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, we require a lease agreement from all prospective tenants, along with a security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be determined based on the applicant s credit.
The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.

No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 9 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.
Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
