Excellence is Alive and Well

This oceanfront property is absolutely wonderful from convenience to amenities. The enthusiastic and welcoming landlady is without equal. She even has beach chairs - nice and comfy ones - for your use. The place is immaculately clean, including not only the unit but also the building. The TV in the living room is HUGE. The beach is steps away. The people staying here are nice. The only thing that was remotely award was checking the car in for parking. You have to go to a rental agency on site, and they were not open on Sunday and Monday during the time we were there. No big deal, but not as smooth-as-silk as everything else. We highly recommend this one, but please don't go when we want to go!

Great condo in OCMD

We have been staying at the pyramid for many years now and by far this was one of the nicest condos on site. Debbie was so easy to work with and always so responsive when needed— would definitely stay here again!

What a Special Place!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo! To begin with communicating with Debbie was simple and seamless. The condo was even nicer than described. It was spotless and all the furnishings new and tastefully done , the views from the enclosed sunroom/ balcony were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of storage, and the beds were super comfy. The watery/dryer is obviously new as were the kitchen appliances and dishes. This past weekend was especially sunny and warm which was a bonus in late October, but with easy access to the beach, we enjoyed our walks. We were also close to great restaurants that were still open, and Acme was right across the street. Believe me when I say I am fussy and particular about where I stay, but I can say this condo with all of its amenities was a genuine pleasure to stay in. Perfect

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. Debbie provided paper goods, towels and linens. We loved the enclosed balcony it gave us another enjoyable place to gather. My husband loved that we were on a lower level. The furniture on the enclosed balcony was very comfortable. The location was great for us, a short drive to Dewey in one direction and a short drive to the boardwalk and restaurants.

Great place and location

Wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our family of six. It was spacious and clean. The additional space of the screened-in porch to watch the ocean was a bonus space. Highly recommend for staying.

First Family Beach Trip

This was our first beach trip with our boys (5y, 3y and 10 months). The proximity to the beach was perfect! The condo was clean and just as expected - was very child friendly as well! We had an excellent stay.

Amazing location!

This was such an incredible trip for my family! The location was ideal. The sunroom was so relaxing. The pool was perfect. Right on the beach with beautiful views and sounds. We were able to drive to both Delaware and the inlet at different points of our trip with no problems. The beds were comfy and it was so nice to have sheets available. Also the supplies like toilet paper and trash bags were great to have and super convenient to not have to worry about packing those things. I do wish it was slightly cleaner; nothing major and wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We are already planning our next trip here! Thanks so much!!

New years vacation

Upon arrival we could not after getting into the Lobby get the other door to open. We used the code but would not open. We waited and another tenant came and told us it wasn't working and used their key to unlock and let us in Once we got to the room we had a key but was stressful upon arrival.

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway, as did my sister-in-law and her husband. This condo was perfect. It was a comfortable, oceanfront, with easy access to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, good size fridge. Plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance and supermarket right across the street. What I particularly liked was how the condo management kept the property clean and the front entry staff always greeted us with a smile and was also very helpful with questions. I’d visit again. Oh, and beach was super clean and had lots of room to set up camp for the day.

In 1999. our son was about ready to leave the house, my husband and I always vacation in Ocean City Md, we thought what a great Idea to own a property in Ocean City, so we originally bought a one bedroom in the Pyramid, its a rewarding project so we ended up getting additional units to be able to accommodate more guests, since I love interior design and my husband is very capable of helping accomplish most of the projects this investment property has been a focus of our spare time, we live in a small town in Pennsylvania but the change of scenery and temperatures make going to the beach to work on the properties fun. Our son now lives in Ocean City as well and helps manage the condo's when we are in Pa.

Why they chose this property

We shopped the real estate market to great lengths before we decided on the Pyramid, we like the fact that the units are all ocean front and that the balconies are large and private. The condo itself has a great layout for privacy and convenience. The building is a unique structure and currently an Ocean City landmark, the location is perfect, its near the action, but not in the middle of it. This Property is especially clean and beautifully decorated. Its just been entirely remodeled and the new decor is comfortable and accommodating.

What makes this property unique

The location of this unit creates easy access to the pool and private beach. Plus the views are very tropical. There is a grocery store across the street, a quick mart next door, 7 different restaurants within walking distance . A variety store is also right across the street, if you enjoy running I run from the Pyramid up around North side Park and back, that is close to a 5 mile run and a fun course.
