* Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean during their stay
* Dogs are welcome, but we do require you to have a flea control protocol in place and they MUST be house broken and not obsessive barkers. Certain breed restrictions apply. You are also responsible for immediately cleaning up after your pet
* Pets must be approved, and noted in guest count. Cats are prohibited. Non-refundable pet deposit $250 for up to 2 dogs
* Pool and yard are maintained 2X a month
* Upon request, we can supply a pack-n-play
Guest access:
Parking is available on the street (not on the lawn) or in the back, gated area.
Before you book:
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance. This would financially cover unforeseeble events (I.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellations, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family). Refunds for guest's inability to fulfill their reservation will be issued in accord with our strict cancellation policy
In the event a guest wants to cancel a reservation after the cancellation period and is asking for a full/partial refund for events that would have been covered by trip insurance, we will refer them back to where we strongly suggested the purchase of trip insurance.

While we are pet friendly (with approval), guests need to be proactive in watching our furry loved ones outside. The back fence is a sliding gate and can open.
All TV are Roku enabled for streaming your own television apps. There is high-speed WIFI but NO cable TV.

The house is fully furnished, and will be stocked with starter items like toiletries and laundry detergent, but guests are required to supply their own for the duration of their stay. Guests are also required to upkeep the house, cleaning supplies will be stocked. Please note: For safety and security there are 2 Blink cameras located on the exterior of the property, facing into the front yard and into the back yard.
