River View Ranch is The Premier in Scottsbluff County! Sleeps 25+ On 10 acres w/ private lake. Pool table, Infinity game table, & poker for adults. Kids have their own game room w/ corkscrew slide, ping pong, foosball & shuffleboard. Basketball/volleyball courts on property. 2 lg living rooms w/ couches that sit 10 each. 2 Kitchens: 4 ovens, 3 dishwashers & lots of ref/freezer space for a family reunion or party. 1 mile to gym, golf course, hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking & the zoo.
The space Home is set up for extended families/friends to together for food and fun! Great for family reunions, birthday parties, weddings, special events, church groups or just a special weekend getaway! Hunters are welcome!
Catering is available for large groups upon request.

Family gatherings

We had 4 families gathered together and this house could accommodate us all and keep us entertained! There are so many activities available for young and old. We had a great stay!

Great family property!

Stayed here with my sister and nephews and their families-7 adults, 3 children under 4 yrs. The house was very clean and well furnished. Lots of space to be together and also to spread out. We spent most of our time outside. Beautiful views of the bluffs. Location can't be beat! We were in the country but minutes from the golf courses, the Monument, and the zoo. Great place for a family vacation.
