Welcome to Champs Paradise! Our home away from home in beautiful Key Largo!

Our 40 ft trailer, decorated in a tropical theme, offers a comfortable and relaxing space for you to unwind. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the ability to sleep 6 guests, it's perfect for families. Enjoy the convenience of two air conditioning units, a fully equipped inside kitchen, and both indoor and outdoor TVs with streaming access. The large outdoor kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, stove, BBQ, and an outdoor shower. A golf cart is available for rent at $50 per day, with complimentary access for our monthly renters over the age of 21.

Located in the Calusa Campground at Mile Marker 101, you'll benefit from a gated community with 24-hour security, a family-friendly environment, and amenities such as a pool, tennis and basketball courts, a children's playground, a boat ramp, and nearby bathrooms and laundry facilities. The campground is within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, a library, and attractions like John Penny Camp Park and fishing/snorkeling charters. Key Largo RV Home Away from Home

Great RV, perfectly situated close to showers, playground and short walk to pool. Quiet street and neighbors, outside seating are and kitchen was perfect place to chill in the mornings and after a day at the pool. Silvia was super responsive and accommodating, would highly recommend!

Great Time in FL!

We had a wonderful time at Champs Paradise!The unit was super clean, the covered outdoor seating was an awesome place to relax, the campground was great with a nice pool and dockside seating area where we watched the sunset and even sow some manatees! Silvia was super responsive and made our stay hassle free. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

Great Outdoor Space.

Great outdoor soace

The unitvwas clean but the floors were dirty. The unit had everything you need, but was very cluttered with no where really to sit indoirs. The outdoir soace was great, the outdoor kitchen was a plus. The bugs were terrible in January. Grounds were nice, pool was great The owner silvia was a great host. The unit needs some tlc, better ciuch would be nice, again less clutter would be nice. Towels and linens could be updated.

Awesome stay!

We were welcomed with a nice bottle of champagne to start our vacation :) Clean, host very accommodating and attentive if we needed anything. Kids enjoyed the pool and hammocks, sunset view was amazing!

Our Key Largo fish camp 2024

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at this unit in Calusa Campground. The accomodations were comfortable. We were glad for the cooking/grilling station, the whole outdoor kitchen was useful as we were cooking our catch, including a meal of Atlantic Sharpnose shark. We really enjoyed the huge pool. Ohhh...the champagne was delicious with a splash of pineapple 🍍. Thanks again.

Hidden Gem Campground

Had a great stay at this camper, I have stayed at different campers in Calusa but this one was my favorite. The location is amazing, close to the pool and clubhouse. Was clean and well-stocked.

We've been together since our senior year of high school and have now been happily married for 39 years. We love spending time outdoors, especially by the ocean, boating, and fishing. Owning a place in the Keys has always been a cherished dream of ours!

We began our journey as renters and fell in love with the family-oriented community, which inspired us to buy our own piece of paradise! Now, we enjoy sharing our experiences with other families, just as we once sought out advice ourselves!

What makes this property unique

Our lot offers a wonderful sense of privacy along with a pleasant breeze. It's conveniently located near the pool, children's playground, and basketball court. Additionally, just across the property, there is a community fire pit with chairs for everyone to enjoy.
