Welcome to Gunbarrel Studio Cabin. Built in 2023, this cabin is pristine & cozy. The large windows not only offer lots of natural light but also magnificent views of the property, lake & mountains. Enjoy the calm as you sit in the rocking chairs out on the deck taking in all that nature has to offer. It is the perfect mix of just the right amount of seclusion & convenient proximity to so many adventures. You'll love coming back to home base at the end of a full day exploring!

THE SPACE:
Gunbarrel Studio Cabin is a 485 square foot studio complete with a full kitchen, separate dining area and a separate bathroom. The mountain modern cabin offers a king-sized bed and a pull-out sleeper chair. You will find the kitchen has everything you'll need with a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove and microwave as well as plenty of cabinet space. It is fully stocked with all the gadgets, tools and appliances necessary to create a delicious meal. Don’t miss the Traeger out on the deck! The large windows make the cabin bright and let you take in the incredible views. The black-out shades turn the cabin into a dark, cozy den for resting. Sip your morning coffee out on the deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. You will soon find this to be your home away from home.

GUEST ACCESS:
Gunbarrel Studio Cabin is a guest cabin that is situated on a 5.8 acre property shared with the main house, Gunbarrel Ranch House. The main house and its driveways, garages, decks, yard and amenities are not accessible. Gunbarrel Studio Cabin has its own parking and deck that will be accessible as part of this listing. If you are interested in renting the main house and accessing all the amenities and yard, please rent Gunbarrel Ranch House via its own listing.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-There is no wheelchair access
-Although there is no washer and dryer on site, there are laundromats just 20 miles away in Polson.

HOME SAFETY:
Security cameras on property
Exterior security cameras & noise level monitors are present on property covering the main house garage doors & driveway. There are no interior cameras & no cameras on the deck. There are cigarette smoke & noise decibel detectors throughout the property. They do not record audio.


ADDITIONAL RULES:
As a family-run business, your exceptional experience is the result of our tireless effort and meticulous attention to detail. We cherish hosting guests and kindly request your assistance in maintaining the following guidelines:

-Our neighborhood is friendly and tranquil, and we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. This area is ideal for listening to nature so please keep in mind others are doing the same.

-For the safety of all, we ask that you lock all windows when not in use. In an effort to conserve energy, we ask that you turn off all lights and air conditioning when not in use.

-We are on septic. Please do not flush anything down the toilet other than human waste and the provided toilet paper. Absolutely no wipes, feminine products or other “flushable” items. A backed up septic system may incur a fee of up to $1,000.00.

-Please do not light any candles as these are decorative only.

-If excessive wear and tear is found on property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, stains, animals or tears to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper or flooring, guests authorize owners to charge them for the cost to remedy that repair.
