Why they chose this property
This property is open and bright with great views. The Split Rock community is a great neighborhood with many great restaurants and bars in its proximity. In the winter you have only a few minutes drive to Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas, as well as an indoor waterpark within Split Rock. The property sits one block off of Lake Harmony and is only a short walk from the beach area, tiki bar and restaurant.
What makes this property unique
This property has a newly remodeled designer kitchen and is furnished in a unique style. It is set on a large 3/4 acre lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities. There is a hot tub, located on a large multi-tiered deck which is set between the house and the detached garage which gives the space plenty of privacy. For an additional charge, guests will have access to indoor parking in the detached 2 car garage with EV charging.
