Welcome to this beautiful and newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath home located at the heart of the city in a beautiful Tower Grove South. The home is just a few minutes away from the Iconic Tower Grove Park, Local Shops and Trendy restaurants. It is 10 min from Downtown, Forest Park, The Zoo, Sport Stadiums, Bush Brewery and Hospitals.

This home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and it is around 1100sqf. It has a cozy and spacious living room and dinning room perfect to relax and enjoy time with family or friends. The living room has a comfy and openable sofa bed and 55" flatscreen TV. You can watch Netflix, Hulu and 80 basic channels . Both bedrooms have comfortable, queen size memory foam mattresses, tall ceilings with ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has everything you need to cook your favorite meals :)The home has a washer/dryer, high speed Wifi internet, ceiling fans, comfortable beds and a stylish design. Great stay

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean and was a great place to hang out when we were out doing things. The host was very good with communication and friendly. Great location too! Only thing I would say is parking in the back is a little tight, the front is much easier. Would definitely recommend it!

Inside nice

The house was very nice on the inside but the neighborhood was anything but nice. Communication was excellent with the host and she was very nice and even came to the house to get some extra sheets out of a locked cabinet. The area/neighborhood is not nice though, very run down. I’m not gonna lie I was a little scared to be there. A couple nights we heard loud booms and we couldn’t figure out if it was gunshots or a car backfiring. If you are used to this kind of area then you will be fine. The owner said she had more places so I would definitely ask where the other places are and check those neighborhoods as I would not stay at this house again due only to the neighborhood.

Great home equipped with everything you need

Property is exquisitely maintained. Owner made this place feel like a home. It is equipped with everything you need and more! The beds are super comfy and the couch lets out int a sofa bed. You have full access to a fenced in, well kept and pristine backyard. Full access to a finished basement with brand new washer and dryer. Brand new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Includes separate dining room and an eat-in nook in the kitchen. Owner is very sweet and replies fast. Will definitely stay again!

Safe, comfortable and super cozy!

We had a beautiful stay here, it was exactly like the ad described and we enjoyed our time in St Louis. It’s close to most major areas and it was a safe neighborhood. We were surprised how smooth the process was and the property manager/owner was fantastic. Communication was easy and she even checked in throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again!
